Tulfarris is one of the most picturesque hotels in Wicklow.
Our luxurious hotel consists of 90 guest rooms and 3 self-catering lodges with their own unique story and style which provide the perfect setting for weddings and all sorts of special events.
The Brasserie and Fairways Restaurant serve an array of delicious food in a relaxing environment which boasts panoramic views across our golf course, the Blessington Lakes and Wicklow Mountains.
All our food is sourced locally from our Irish farmers, cheese mongers and suppliers.
We're also causing quite the stir with our fine selection of beers and cocktails!
Located just 45 minutes from Dublin City and 25 minutes from the M50, the hotel is easily accessible. Your New Role The role involves delivering a consistently high standard of guest service while building and maintaining excellent client relationships.
Duties will include: Oversee daily breakfast operations to ensure a high standard of service and guest satisfaction.
Manage and support breakfast staff, including training and scheduling.
Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are maintained.
Ensuring that the beverage offer is of high standard and stocks are managed Have a good understanding and working relationship with all areas within the company group Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
Maintain a clean and organized dining area.
Collaborate with Kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient breakfast service Rostering of staff in a an efficient manner in line with budgets and business needs The ideal candidate will have the following: Previous experience in a similar role in a four-star property Extensive food and beverage experience Previously held a departmental food and beverage management role Excellent knowledge of food and wine Ability to drive excellent customer care Knowledge and experience of rosters and budgets Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Why Work With Us?
