Objective of the Role Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager and the OperationsManager , the Food and Beverage Assistantwill provide a friendly and efficient service to the hotel guests.
Key Duties and Responsibilities Greet guests and ensure they feel welcomed.
Serving guests with food and beverage.
Ensure a good working knowledge of breakfast menu.
Be able to make recommendations.
Be friendly, courteous and professional at all times.
General cleaning of bar and restaurant.
Requirements: Applicant is required to be available to work weekday mornings.
Previous hotel experience in a 3/4 star hotel property is advantageous.
Previous experience in a high volume/ fast paced environment is advantageous Fluent English and excellent communication skills are essentail Micros Experience would be preferable.
