Job DescriptionBricklayer Façade ManagerRef No: lr.facademanager.dubCounty Dublin, Republic of Ireland€65,000 - €85,000 per annumFaçade Manager | Dublin City CentreOur client, a leading tier-1 main contractor with a turnover of c. €600M are currently working on a number of high-density residential and commercial projects and are seeking an experienced, professional Façade Manager for these projects in Dublin City.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the Project Manager with daily operations.Coordinate façade elements across subcontract packages and manage interfaces.Plan and schedule the façade construction program.Handle technical submittals, approvals, and BCAR processes.Manage procurement, approval, and testing of façade samples.Ensure compliance with project specifications and drawings.Oversee façade material procurement and logistics coordination.Use BIM or similar tools for quality checks.Compile Safety Files and O&M data for handover.Ensure on-site testing, snagging, and sign-offs are completed.Review and validate façade-related variations.QualificationsProven experience in managing façade projects.Minimum of 5 years in a similar role.Relevant trade or construction qualification.Strong sub-contractor management skills.Ability to meet tight deadlines.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Remuneration PackageAn attractive rewards package, including car allowance, pension scheme, professional subscriptions and other benefits, including opportunities for additional responsibility and career development, will be available to the successful candidates.
