Brightwater | Digital Sales Manager

Looking for an experienced Sales Manager to help build out the Digital Sales for a leading Telco company.
In this strategic role, you will lead a high performing sales team and grow the business across Ireland.

Key Responsibilities Drive sales targets and enhance customer value and satisfaction in Ireland Lead, develop, and coach the Digital Sales team in order to achieve operational excellence and foster complex customer relationships.
Manage KPIs and collaborate with demand generation teams to exceed deliverables and ensure high internal customer satisfaction.
Oversee the onboarding of new sales staff, ensuring alignment with company sales processes, and support team members' ongoing personal development.
Provide key stakeholders with relevant sales performance reports and collaborate with company leadership to eliminate productivity barriers.
Experience/Requirements Proven experience of managing an Inside Sales team in a B2B service organisation Excellent communication & motivation skills.
Capable of working on own initiative and able to lead by example
