Key Responsibilities: As a Product Development Manager, youll play a pivotal role in driving the success and relevance of the product portfolio.
Your responsibilities will include: Innovation & Strategy: Drive product innovation by collaborating with product managers and implementation teams to deliver client-centric solutions.
End-to-End Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the design, development, monitoring, and reshaping of the fund range, ensuring products align with customer needs, distribution priorities, and profitability goals.
Market Insights: Leverage business intelligence to identify industry trends and product opportunities.
Product Communication: Manage communication efforts related to product enhancements, fund reshapes, mergers, and liquidations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other business units to deliver seamless product integration and implementation.
Documentation & Reporting: Prepare detailed product specifications, presentations, and reports to inform senior management and stakeholders.

Experience: 510 years of relevant experience in product development or a similar role ideally within financial services.
