Job Title: Health & Safety Officer/Advisor Location: Kildare Salary: €40K-€55K (DOE) An excellent opportunity has now arisen for a Health & Safety Officer/Advisor to join our client, a leading Civils Main Contractor with an extensive pipeline of work in the Greater Dublin area.
Remuneration & Benefits Competitive salary Vehicle & Fuel Supportive structure with ongoing career development Key Responsibilities Assist the H&S Manager during audits/inspections of the company workplaces.
Assist with any incident investigation.
Together with a senior member of staff attend Start Up meetings with the company site teams.
Where requested attend other meetings with Client and/or supply chain.
Keep up to date with legislation and interpretations thereof.
Contribute to the training regime on site: induction, TBTs, and Lunch & Learns Experience & Skills: experience or exposure to construction activity.
Basic communication and presentation skills.
Punctuality.
Organised & Methodical Inquisitive NEBSOH Construction Certificate or equivalent or be working towards it.
