Responsibilities :Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of building services.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project success.Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.Drive energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives in building services.Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.Requirements:A degree in Building Services Engineering or a related field.Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within the Cork area.Strong understanding of building regulations and standards.Excellent communication and project management skills.Salary & Benefits: Salary will be dependent on experience, with a minimum expectation of €65,000.
