Building Services Engineer

Building Services Engineer Excel Recruitment is seeking a Building Services Engineer for our client who specialises in the construction of residential projects across Ireland.
This person will assist with the management of M&E services design and installation across the client's portfolio.
This is an ideal opportunity for a Building Services Engineer to join a progressive construction company that puts it employees development and well being at the forefront of everything they do.
Responsibilities Manage and monitor M&E installation quality from coordination to handover.
Support site teams with M&E coordination and problem-solving.
Oversee M&E sub-contractors to meet programme and quality standards.
Liaise with utility providers and authorities for timely delivery of services to new developments.
Coordinate M&E system interfaces with architectural and structural elements.
Anticipate and expedite site service modifications and diversions with utility providers.
Contribute to innovation and value engineering for mechanical/electrical systems.
Manage temporary electric and water systems.
Requirements 3 Years post qualification experience Third level education in Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services Trade background preferred but not essential Full drivers license and access to car Team player, organised and self-motivated Focus on deadlines and commitment to programme delivery Ability to achieve demanding time and quality targets Must be available to work full time in Ireland with no restrictions If you would like to apply for this Building Services Engineer position, please submit an up-to-date CV to the link below.
