Construction Planner - Buildings Contractor - CarlowOffice/Project Location: CarlowEmployment Type: PermanentWork Location: Site basedPay: €55K-€75KExperience: 5+yearsVisa: EU passport or Stamp 4 visa required?Our client is one of Ireland's leading Civil & Building Contractors with operations throughout the country.They have a requirement for an experienced P6/MS Project Planner to join the buildings team in CarlowProject Planning using MS Project & Primavera Software or AstaProject Progress Measuring & MonitoringProject Progress ReportingSubcontractor Progress MonitoringLabour Productivity Measure & Reporting using S/E curvesReporting in Project / Primavera and using ExcelMeasure quantities from drawings to generate progress reportsTo provide strategic advice for safeguarding, and growth and development.To engage with planning bodies as may be required, including through written submissions.To work as part of a team, including through the flexible allocation of work as it arises.RequirementsRelevant Degree or Diploma in Engineering or equivalentIdeal candidate will have 5-10 years previous experience.Ideally the candidate will have a background in construction/building engineering both commercial and industrial sectors.Excellent computer skills would include – MS Word, Primavera, Asta, Excel, MS Project.Good communication Skills and ability to work as part of a fully integrated team is essentialPackageSalary €55k - €75k depending on experiencePension Scheme21 annual days holidays and 9 public daysAnnual salary review
