Business Analyst - Dora/Incident Management

Oliver James have partnered with a leading Financial Services client based in Dublin city who are seeking a Business Analyst to join their team on a permanent basis.
This Business Analyst role focuses on the Dora Framework/Incident Management.

Some Key Responsibilities:Prepare and submit DORA regulatory notifications within 24 hours of qualifying incidents.Assess incidents against DORA thresholds and inform key stakeholders promptly.Analyse incidents to identify patterns, root causes, and regulatory triggers.Maintain and update knowledge of the application portfolio and related developments.Collaborate with teams to gather requirements, document solutions, and support stakeholder communications.On board new applications with required attestations and ensure alignment with governance frameworks.Produce and maintain high-quality documentation, including project deliverable, charters, and timelines.Communicate incidents and solutions to executives and stakeholders, balancing multiple priorities effectively.For more information please apply directly with your updated CV.
