Business Analyst - Dublin - 12 Month Contract

Are you an experienced Business Analyst? Are you looking for a new challenge and an opportunity to work on an exciting global fund administration transformation and innovation project? Our client, a leading organisation in the financial industry, is seeking a talented Business Analyst to join their team on a temporary contract basis.

As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in gathering and analysing business requirements and working closely with the development team throughout the product lifecycle. You will be responsible for documenting requirements, verifying and validating them with stakeholders, and managing the requirements traceability and change control for the project.

Your skills as a self-starter, with strong business requirements elicitation and an IT architecture understanding, will be essential in ensuring the success of this project. You will need to have sharp analytical and problem-solving skills, be extremely detail-oriented, and have excellent organisational and time management skills. Communication and collaboration will also be key, as you will be working closely with various teams and stakeholders.

To be successful in this role, you should have at least 5 years of previous working experience as a business analyst and be familiar with lean agile processes and principles. A customer-centric mindset, combined with the ability to process and interpret complex information, will be valuable assets in this position. Experience in process and data modelling, as well as reasonable understanding of fund accounting, will also be beneficial.

In return, our client offers a dynamic and collaborative work environment, where you will have the opportunity to contribute to a transformative project with global impact. You will be part of a talented team that embraces innovation and continuous learning. This is a temporary contract opportunity, offering competitive compensation.

If you are ready for a new challenge and eager to make a difference, apply now and join our client's team as a Business Analyst.
