My client, a leading Financial Services Consultancy are seeking to hire multiple Business Analysts to support a leading Banking client across different change programmes they are currently undertaking.
Key Responsibilities Requirement gathering, elicitation, solution design and business readiness.
Soft focus on implementing Standards of Practice for BA role and associated tasks.
Have the ability to understand current and upcoming regulations and how they may effect the organisation.
Requirements for the role At least two year's Business Analysis experience within the Financial services industry.
operations knowledge across Financial Services ideally Banking Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Excellent time management with ability to multitask and arrange priorities under pressure.
Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing needs of the business.
