Job Description: Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in the financial industry.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with loan origination systems and be proficient in using applications such as nCino and Salesforce.
This is a hybrid position, offering the flexibility of remote work combined with on-site collaboration.
We will consider candidates based in the European Union, but who must have full rights to work in Ireland and who are able to travel a few days per month or are willing to relocate for the position. Key Responsibilities: Analyze and document business requirements for financial products and services, focusing on loan origination systems.Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into technical specifications.Utilize nCino or Salesforce to manage and optimize business processes.Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and improve business operations.Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including requirements, process flows, and user stories.Work closely with IT and development teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions.Perform system testing and validation to ensure solutions meet business requirements.Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide informed recommendations.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the financial industry.Proven experience with loan origination systems.Proficiency in using nCino or Salesforce.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment.Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
