What is the RoleWe're looking for a Business Analyst to identify and drive business requirements for our exciting "Keystone" programme.
Keystone is a major transformation programme which involves the implementation of a new integrated billing and CRM system into the SSE Airtricity supply business.
In this role you will:- ensure the delivery of requirements meets both regulatory and industry standards- work directly with the Keystone team, IT, Operations & Customer Experience, Sales, Commercial, Finance, Settlements, and Business Change to design, document and deliver changes and efficiencies highlighted by the Keystone programme- design and maintain reports that will highlight key objectives of the programme and use said reports to provide regular updates back to the business on performance- identify appropriate solutions and document the detailed design of a business process to accommodate them- work closely with IT to define the IT requirements and ensure an efficient end to end solution is scoped**Please note that we cannot provide sponsorship or fully remote working for this role**What do I need?To be considered for this role, we would like you to have:- demonstrable Business Analyst experience in a similar role, supporting business critical changes in a medium / large organisation- a clear understanding of the gas and electricity industry, metering standards, regulations and UX/CX- working knowledge of creating business process documentation and process redesign, and experience building and maintaining reports at a product and programme level- the ability to take ownership of problems and requests and work in a pressurised environment- experience organising and running workshops and providing updates to multiple business areasAbout our BusinessSSE is a multinational energy company listed on the FTSE 100, with a vision "to be a leading energy company in a net zero world".
