Business Analyst/ Reporting Specialist

We are looking for someone to fill a cross-functional role on our Performance Management team. The team handles a wide range of topics ranging from managing our CRM tool Salesforce, as well as reporting and project topics.
The Reporting Specialist / Business Analyst will be responsible for the development and maintenance of reporting systems, providing analytical insights through data analysis to support decision-making across the company. The individual will work closely with various teams to understand their reporting needs and ensure that all reports are accurate, timely, and actionable.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Design, develop, and maintain regular reports, dashboards, and scorecards using various data reporting tools.Work with stakeholders to define and refine reporting requirements and KPIs.Perform detailed data analysis to extract insights and identify trends that support business decisions.Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular data validation and cleanup.Collaborate with IT and data teams to enhance data collection and reporting capabilities.Provide training and support to end-users on reporting tools and dashboards.Assist with the implementation of data analytics and business intelligence initiatives.Document reporting processes and maintain a library of report templates and documentation.Participate in special projects and perform ad hoc analyses as required by management.Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to non-technical audiences.KEY REQUIREMENTS 2+ years of experience in reporting, data analysis, or business intelligence.Salesforce experience is an advantage.Advanced proficiency in reporting tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, etc.).Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.Knowledge of statistical analysis and data modeling.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a changing, fast-paced environment.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment.Experience with data warehousing and data mining is a plus.As an equal opportunity employer, Allianz Partners recognizes that our strength lies in our people and we are committed to diversity and inclusivity.
