Business Analyst-South Dublin (Hybrid)

My client, a leading and reputable organisation who deliver industry-shaping projects for some of the largest global banks and financial services institutions, is looking to recruit Business Analysts for a leading banking client based South Dublin (2 days hybrid and 3 days remote) for a 12 Month project. This project could be extended or the successful candidate may work with another client after this project is completed.
The business analyst role predominantly involves requirements gathering, elicitation and associated business analyst tasks.
Key ResponsibilitiesRequirements gathering, develop and implement standards, and methodologies to ensure alignment of projects with organisational goals.Facilitate communication and coordination among stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment with project objectives.Team & Project Governance.Requirements for the roleBusiness Analysis Methodology (requirements gathering and analysis).Ideally at least 2 years business analyst experience from the financial services or banking sector.Base salary is €45-50K, benefits (health cover, pension and 25 days annual leave) and bonus and the opportunity to work with a well-established global and progressive company.
