Business And Operational Excellence Lead

Business and Operational Excellence Lead The Business & Operational Excellence Lead (SMB KYC Operations) is a senior-level position responsible for leading and driving continuous improvement within the Operations team. The overall objective of this role is to lead in the development and management of a dedicated internal KYC (Know Your Client) improvement program at Citi.

Responsibilities: Design and program manage a plan for Operational Excellence for the team.Identify operational inefficiencies and process gaps and design and implement a plan to deliver process improvements within the team.Maintain, test, and improve business operations.Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.Identify and capitalize on improvement opportunities.Identify innovative ways to increase customer satisfaction.Evaluate the performance of internal teams to ensure that targets and deadlines are met.Communicate ideas and viewpoints to senior management.Act as a liaison between business and risk groups.Create monthly performance reports.Ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.Exercise independence of judgment and autonomy.Act as SME to senior stakeholders and/or other team members.Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets.Drive compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, adhering to policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct, and business practices, and escalating, managing, and reporting control issues with transparency.Qualifications: Proven track record in managing Operational Excellence Programs.Extensive Senior Operations Management experience.Education: Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience.Master's degree preferred.Job Family Group: Compliance and Control
