  Working under the guidance of the Head of Sales, this role is perfect for someone with a knack for generating new business opportunities.
Your main responsibilities will include market research, pinpointing areas for business growth, devising effective sales strategies, and securing rental agreements for our Workwear Business.
  Contributing to a healthier and safer future, CWS is Ireland's leading provider of rental products and services in Workwear.
The CWS group operates in 16 countries throughout Europe with more than 11,000 employees 300 of whom are located across our 5 sites in Ireland.
Responsibilities:         Research the target market and identify business development opportunities.
        Develop and implement a sales strategy to win rental agreements for Workwear Business.
        Generate and close new business, focusing on business gain and customer satisfaction.
        Analyse market trends and competitor activity to stay informed and ahead of the competition.
        Use the CRM reporting system Salesforce.com, for tracking and managing sales activities.
Qualifications:         Proven record of accomplishment in a sales environment.
        Clear understanding of the consultative selling process.
        Ability to research, analyse market trends, and identify new markets for PPE Workwear.
        Strong commercial awareness and ability to develop a growth strategy.
        Experience with CRM reporting systems, specifically Salesforce.com.
