They are seeking to hire and experience Business Development Executive to work from their Dublin studio.
As Business Development Executive, you will take responsibility for growing the business in Dublin.
Our client is seking ot hire someone with proven experience and track record in identifying opportunities in new and existing markets, crafting strategies to generate leads and building relationships with new business candidates.
You will create and implement marketing and customer experience strategies to reach new audiences, developing new customers whilst also growing existing customers.
Our clients creative studio specialises in establishing consultative relationships with businesses, working with clients to create the strategy, design and product to achieve clients marketing and business goals.
You will have the opportunity to build a wide-ranging network both internally across the studio network and externally.
For the right individual, there will be the opportunity to take on a leadership role in the Dublin studio and succession paths.
Required Skills & Attributes: A driven and motivated self-starter.
Must have a proven track records in business development, identifying leads and implementing strategies to generate new business opportunities and revenue streams.
Demonstrable experience in reseaching new markets, lead generation, pipeline management and maximising on upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive new business growth.
Possess a keen interest in business operations, commercials and client relations.
Excited about identifying the drivers behind successful businesses and implementing those.
Great at managing multiple projects across different stakeholders Key Responsibilities; Customer Base Growth To utilise the company software to analyse client data and trends, informing commercial decisions and strategy.
To identify and target new market opportunities and potential clients.
To foster and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and client loyalty.
Business Development & Networking To achieve KPIs related to business growth, sales generation and customer satisfaction.
To explore and develop partnerships with other businesses to enhance service offerings and expand market reach.
Consultative Sales & Client Relationships To engage in consultative selling, working closely with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
To build strong, consultative relationships with clients to ensure their marketing and business objectives are met.
To lead sales processes including lead generation, pipeline management, and the identification of upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
To build and maintain a strong network within the local business community.
To represent Dublin at events, conferences, and networking opportunities to raise the companys profile.
Project & Stakeholder Management To manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
To communicate effectively with all stakeholders, ensuring transparency and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
Marketing Strategy & Implementation To implement central marketing campaigns to grow existing customer spend and satisfaction and reach new audiences.
To create and implement effective localised marketing campaigns.
