What's the Opportunity DoneDeal.ie is Ireland's largest online car marketplace, with 90% of all car dealerships in Ireland advertising on our platform and reaching over 1.5m users monthly. As a Business Development Executive at DoneDeal, you will be an integral part of our Sales Team, responsible for establishing and nurturing relationships with car and commercial dealers.

Your role will be instrumental in connecting our clients with the vast range of car buyers on DoneDeal whilst always striving for new ways of improving our customer's performance. We put a strong emphasis on delivering value for our clients so the successful candidate must have a customer first focus.

What will I be doing Build relationships with key decision-makers to identify revenue opportunities within our extensive dealer client base. A desire to become a motor and digital industry expert, offering advice to your clients to improve their digital performance. Proactively identify sales prospects, both within our existing client portfolio and through active prospecting efforts. Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Demonstrate a strong willingness to become well-versed in our latest products and solutions. Anticipate and respond to client needs while sharing valuable insights with management. Thoroughly understand our digital solution portfolio and tailor offerings to meet customer requirements. Show eagerness to become an expert in CRM systems (Experience with Salesforce is a bonus). Provide reliable sales forecasts and adeptly manage both short and long sales cycles. Ensure timely completion of required administrative tasks. Strategically plan campaigns and creatively develop client accounts that are mutually beneficial. Take a proactive approach to resolving client issues. What skills and experience do I need Minimum of 1 year of experience in online sales. Demonstrated track record of strong sales performance with consistent target attainment. Exceptional listening skills, coupled with effective collaboration and teamwork abilities. Proven experience in managing a range of accounts. Self-motivated and capable of working independently with a high degree of initiative. Enthusiastic about learning new sales techniques and further developing skills.
