Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The role involves developing new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and playing a key part in the growth of our recruitment operations.
Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities within the IT sector. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs. Engage in outbound calls to potential clients, introduce our recruitment services, and build rapport. Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure client needs are met with top talent. Work towards and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market dynamics to effectively position our services. Ideal Candidate: Sales Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales role (retail experience does not qualify). Phone-Based Sales: Experience in a phone-based sales role, either B2B or B2C, with a focus on outbound calling. Driven and Ambitious: A self-starter with a strong desire to succeed and grow within the recruitment industry. Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to build rapport quickly and communicate effectively with clients. IT or Recruitment Experience: Not required—candidates from a variety of sales backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
Additional Information: Year 1 OTE: €50k (Base + Uncapped Commission)
