As our Business Development Executive, you'll spearhead client base expansion while nurturing existing relationships and expertly managing the sales pipeline within your assigned territory.
You will listen and stay close to changes in market trends to understand pain points and client needs in order to secure a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring gross margins surpass budget expectations.

Everyday you will.. develop and grow our client base through market analysis to stay current with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth and showcasing the services we can offer.
liaise with internal management, recruitment and placement teams to deliver the best possible client experience and are aligned internally to deliver on our promises.
attend face to face meetings when required to ensure new relationships are developed in order to secure new business and existing relationships maintained by investing time to retain and grow the services we provide to them.
make targeted outbound calls identifying opportunity in your territory through board papers, jobs boards, social media or existing relationship referrals.

To thrive in this role, you must have... previous and recent experience is essential working in a sales, recruitment or business development role in Republic of Ireland markets with a primary focus on securing clients and driving revenue and growth business development expertise using relationship building skills whilst creating and implementing your own adaptable business development strategy an ability to demonstrate resilience in a fast-paced sales environment and working towards targets and KPI's.
