About this Role: We're looking for a skilled people manager with over three years leadership experience to manage our scaling cross-regional team of Business Development Representatives (BDR). You will be an expert in developing processes, dictating KPIs, and mentoring high-performing distributed teams in a thriving, fast-paced startup environment. As this is a hybrid role, there will be a requirement to have a presence in our Dublin office to collaborate with counterpart cross-functional teams.
