Position Overview We're looking for a go-getter Business Development Manager to lead a small team of Associate Account Executives (AAEs) as a player/coach and crush quarterly Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) targets. If you're a pro at outbound sales and can strategize outreach that grabs the attention of senior decision-makers at global publishers, agencies, government departments, and nonprofits —this is your gig.
What You'll Do: Lead and coach a team of AAEs to hit and exceed their sales targets. Develop strategic outreach for prospects across North America and EMEA, to be implemented by you and your team. Own the team's SQL target—yours and theirs. Work with sales and marketing to align outreach with the company's sales goals. Analyze sales data, spot trends, and refine outreach strategies for better results. Manage and optimize the business development tech stack—think automation, AI, and efficiency. Develop strategies to generate high-quality SQLs—both inbound and outbound. What You Bring: 2+ years of experience leading an Outbound Sales Development team or as an overperforming individual contributor with some management/team target responsibility. SaaS sales experience—bonus points for media, publishers, and communications. Mastery of BANT and MEDDIC methodologies. Salesforce, Apollo, Vidyard, LinkedIn Sales Navigator—proficiency is key. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
