They now have an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join their team.

Requirements for the role: Experience of selling in the Republic of Ireland food service marketDetailed knowledge and experience of foodservice distribution in the Republic of Ireland and wider, having established relationships with some of the major food service companiesOutstanding sales experience, proven resultsStrong plannerAble to work with and understand sales performance metricsHands-on experience with CRM software and MS Office suite, particularly ExcelIdeally, experience with food preparation for presentationsPurpose of the job: Increase sales by working with end users to increase long-term business with wholesalers and distributors (large and small)Develop direct customer base in manufacturing customers/retailers along with wholesaler and distributor customer baseBuild their brand and reputation through the development of profitable solutions throughout the business cycleOpportunity to significantly influence business in a growing marketDuties and Responsibilities: Identify target customersPrioritise target accounts/customersPlan and achieve efficient weekly call cycleImplement call plan to ensure high activity and conversionManage and maintain relationshipsOn-site application demos appropriate to reach business typePlan and execute shows and exhibitions to support sales activityLiaise and work closely with distributors and wholesalers in the regionSupport Sales Managers and other BDMs on product demonstrationsAt Quorum Search Partners, we respect your privacy.
