The main focus of this role is to support our client by providing best in field training, brand promotion, and reporting. As a Business Development Manager for Bolttech, you will be a champion for the CPM values at all times, both internally and externally with the Clients by example through your passion and commitment for the role.
The Primary Responsibilities for This Role Are: Relationship building and strong communication with the in-store contacts to build positive working relationships on behalf of CPM and Bolttech. Reporting to complete simple reports on work completed, including photos and some ordering. Maintain any required POS or training materials on the shop floor or in the premises. Deliver core client and company KPIs to ensure the success and sustainability of the Team including 100% call coverage, quality and compliance, and reporting. Lead by example through consistently excellent behaviours that support an environment of professionalism and commitment to serving our client to the highest standards. Heighten awareness of the client's brands in any given location and ensure high product knowledge, visibility, and quality on all products. Build in-store relationships to promote CPM and the client with the key contacts. Provide accurate reporting through tablet and phone technology. Training individual store staff during visits and liaising with stores to organise training sessions for larger groups. Event liaison for exhibitions and events to promote products.Required Experience & Competencies: Qualifications Training background. Computer Literate – ability to send photos via email and fill in and send reports/audits as required. Ability to undertake physical activity as this role will involve lifting and moving POS in stores. Flexibility to complete additional work at peak times. Technology enthusiast.Essential: Passion for field-based working, with an ability to both work autonomously and create strong relationships. Motivation to complete consistently excellent merchandising services for our client, to meet and exceed agreed targets on client service, execution, and reporting. Highly driven with enthusiasm to meet challenging but realistic targets and to excel under demanding pressure. Trustworthy, professional, and reliable. Self-motivated and flexible in approach to work practices. An excellent team player who will thrive on working closely with the team to meet challenging but achievable targets. Commitment to continual personal and team development. Strong time management and organisation skills. Full driving licence.Desirable: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Initiative and ability to perform independently and without direct supervision. Problem-solving skills and a drive to identify and implement new ways of working.Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with people from different business areas including store managers, client contacts, customers, and colleagues.
