Business Development Manager

As the Business Development Manager you will find and develop new business opportunities for Kingspan Aerobord, while also strengthening existing customer relationships to grow sales, through the promotion of Kingspan, its products and its services.
You will be accountable for maximizing our sales potential, developing and implementing sales plans, ensuring awareness of current markets and delivering new business opportunities.
This position is 39 hours per week and is field based so you must be able to travel and work away from home.
The Aerobord Ltd site is located in Askeaton, Co.
Limerick, and you will need to have a full valid Irish driving licence.
Responsibilities of our Business Development Manager Responsible for the management and development of the Packaging Sales Development Team.
Initiate, develop and manage sales activities to support business objectives.
Strengthen, promote and retain long standing customer relationships by ensuring quality and service are delivered at a premium level at all times.
Responsible for the identification of potential customers, new niche markets and product applications/development nationwide.
Responsible for customer communication to maximise business relationships and ensure maximum favourable exposure of the company, its products and services.
