Job Description: The role of the Business Development Representative is to create demand for products by qualifying leads generated by a marketing source or other sales sources. This role includes networking to make new business contacts as potential sources of new business to Sage. You will work closely with our Sales team, driving sales and building effective partnerships with customers, both new and existing, as well as with Sage Business Partners, Marketing and Professional Services teams. This role will be ideally suited to a B2B sales person, someone with outbound sales experience who is resilient and tenacious with a passion for sales.
You must speak fluent Spanish and English to be considered for this role.
Key Responsibilities: Supporting the Sales team during the full Sales Cycle in order to achieve revenue growth.Creating and developing strong and sustainable relationships with relevant executive level influencers at the customers' organisations to achieve demand.Building and maintaining relationships with key decision makers internally and externally, share developments and market insights with all stakeholders.Maintaining and enhancing product knowledge in order to be recognised as an expert and an ambassador for the Sage brand.Communicating effectively with key stakeholders in order to ensure that both internal and external relationships are managed to the highest standard of professionalism.Understanding market requirements to establish, maintain and enhance customer relationships.Qualifying inbound leads from marketing, web chat and phone, for all products across the Small, Medium, Large and Accountant segments to generate quality opportunities for sales.Schedule concrete next steps with the sales rep, typically a discovery meeting or product demonstration.Research, qualify, manage and track leads and related sales activities in Salesforce.Minimum Qualifications: Outbound sales experienceKnowledge of sales or sales practicesA passion for delivering best in class customer experienceYour Benefits: (Only Applicable for UK Based Roles)
