We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Business Development Representative fluent in German.

Key Responsibilities Accelerate growth by generating sales-qualified opportunities and demonstrating how the product can transform clients' businesses.
Actively seek out new opportunities using advanced technology and innovative methods.
Qualify leads and smoothly transition them to Account Executives for closure.
Build strong, lasting relationships with key stakeholders.
Monitor and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
Engage potential clients across multiple channels, including phone, email, and LinkedIn.
Consistently meet sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the team.
Passionately promote the company's products and services, sparking interest and ensuring the right fit for both parties.
Quickly become a product expert, staying informed on the latest updates and services.
Qualifications  Fluency in both German and English, with strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
A strong passion for a career in sales.
Ideally, 1+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development.
Confidence in building trust and making an impact from the first interaction, along with excellent interpersonal skills.
Outstanding active listening abilities and the capability to quickly synthesize information.
Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus, though not required.
A growth-oriented mindset, open to feedback and dedicated to continuous improvement.
Attention to detail and a strong ability to stay organized.
