Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the IT sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs.
Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve revenue targets.
Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure alignment between client needs and talent.
Conduct market research to identify trends and emerging opportunities in the IT industry.
Book meetings and lead engagements with prospects, demonstrating the value of our recruitment services.
