About the team: Fragomen in Dublin is an immigration consultancy with an enthusiastic team of professionals with extensive experience in Irish immigration and best practices. We provide the full suite of Irish immigration support to some of the biggest employers in the country and the world across multiple industries. We are a committed and passionate team. Everyone on the team has a keen interest in immigration, making it a priority to have up to date and accurate knowledge in the fast-paced field of immigration, and to use that knowledge to provide a first-class immigration service experience. Key Responsibilities Prepare initial draft applications and correspondence for clients as directedHandle non-complex cases (as main point of contact) as required, and support other team members as necessaryUpdate case management system and ensure services are invoiced efficiently and in real timeMonitor email dropboxes and manage incoming and outgoing post for the teamUse a high level of attention to detail at every step to ensure correspondence is clear, concise, and appropriate to the audience, keeping in mind client styleAdditional projects and administrative support to the team as required Key Skills/ Experience Expected Ability to work flexibly and accurately in a fast-paced environmentStrong planning and time management skills with an ability to multi-taskAble to plan workload efficiently, meeting deadlines and prioritiesAble to complete work accurately, to a high quality and following standard layoutsAble to complete tasks within agreed timeframes and in line with expectationsAble to complete agreed number of tasks per day in line with set targetsAble to follow effective processes to manage workflow and meet deadlinesDemonstrates proficiency in MS Office tools, including word, excel and email systemsFragomen in Dublin: The Ireland office has a great team full of dynamic individuals all from different backgrounds with some of the best in the business when it comes to Immigration.
