Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Foster strong relationships with local businesses and community organisations
Ensure exceptional service delivery to clients and candidates
Monitor market trends and adapt strategies to stay ahead of the competition

Requirements: Proven experience in a recruitment management role
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
