About the Role: As a Manager- Business Operations you will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and reporting of operational performance metrics for Non-Clinical PI operations. This is a challenging role that relies on your ability to effectively analyze performance and identify opportunities that will support leadership in delivering critical business results. You will also be responsible for analyzing the impact of an event such as a new program going live or an outage. You will also be responsible for leading to success any improvement plans. Success in this role depends on the individual's ability to pay attention to details, analytical capabilities, conduct root cause analysis, create/validate an action plan (short term and long term) and effectively report out at an operational and leadership level.
Primary Responsibilities: Responsible for driving operational performance including SLAs and KPIs by conducting day-to-day analytics. Manage performance to proactively detect potential risks and take solid actions to ensure and maintain good performance. Seek improvement opportunities across the value stream to help improve operational efficiency. Partner with cross-functional teams to build logical operational processes. Identify performance gaps by conducting trend analysis and shifts in data. Ensure operational issues including technical issues affecting operational performance are escalated and resolved. Use reporting tools and dashboards, report out and highlight operational performance deviations. Coordinating and overseeing the day-to-day activities of operational performance. Effective report out of any operational initiatives. Required Qualifications: BA/BS degree in Business or related field and/or equivalent education and work experience. Proven previous experience in effectively presenting data to senior stakeholders, with the ability to distill complex data into actionable insights. Significant operations metric analytics and reporting experience. Proven experience in monitoring and analyzing performance KPI's and SLAs. Proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and SharePoint. Excellent time management skills with ability to prioritize and balance multiple priorities and projects. Excellent stakeholder management skills and a demonstrated ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely to leadership. Participate in and support the navigating of complex stakeholder relationships in a matrix environment with politically sensitive concerns. Strong communication skill sets, with the ability to support and present information in a variety of different formats to all levels of stakeholders. Previous experience working within a large multinational matrixed environment. Preferred Qualifications: Previous operational management experience. Healthcare experience. SQL experience. Strong experience with data visualization software (e.g. Tableau). Strong experience performing business analysis and requirement documentation. Experience working across multiple geographies. Experience and understanding of US healthcare system, billing of medical claims and associated data environments. Report designing and development in Tableau.
