Join us as a Business Partner Specialist (12 months Fixed Term Contract) This is an exciting opportunity for a PBP Specialist to join our team supporting the People Business Partner for customer facing colleagues and people leaders in Service and Retail.
The role is responsible for ensuring effective and seamless collaboration and delivery across the HR model to deliver a simple and consistent employee experience to colleagues and people leaders.
What else it involves Reporting to the People Business Partner for Service and Retail you will; Support in delivering and aiding success across the Retail and Service directorates in line with the business and people strategies.
Be pro-active in providing expertise offering the right people orientated solutions.
Collaborate with all areas of HR and supporting the Head of Business Partnering ensure new or changed HR products, services, processes or policies are communicated, planned and implemented effectively across the Retail and Service Centre.
Support and feed into the People Plan aligned to key business priorities, that drive a high performance and engaged workforce including key people driven metrics and outcomes.
Provide coaching and support to people leaders, influencing and driving a "People First" approach to change, organisational development and performance management.
Lead and participate in specific HR projects and programmes assigned by the people business partner.
Provide administrative duties in relation to payroll, contract extensions, commissions, performance management etc.
Align with the People Business Partnering team and Commercial Business Partnering team in relation to shared programmes of work sharing feedback, sentiment.
Drive results through creative solutions focusing on what pulse feedback and employee sentiment is telling us.
