An exciting opportunity has become available on the EMEIA Supply Demand Management Central team! This team sits in the wider Operations team, based at Apple's European HQ in Cork, Ireland! The Supply Demand Management (SDM) team are responsible for end-to-end product planning for the EMEIA market, ensuring that all of our products are in the right place, at the right time, in order to ensure our customers can avail of our products when and where they need to. Our SDM team collaborate with many cross-functional teams including Logistics, Reseller Operations, Manufacturing and Finance.
DescriptionCo-ordination of key SDM Business Planning deliverables for all Lines of Business.Build positive relationships with key partners (Sales, Finance, Global Teams, Logistics, etc.) to ensure alignment and collaboration.Ability to connect the dots and handle project plans, timelines and risks effectively.Track, report KPIs and metrics to continuously assess and improve supply chain performance.Analyse demand patterns and forecast trends using sophisticated statistical tools, capturing the latest market intelligence.Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize supply chain processes and systems.Capture learnings and feedback from key events and continue to push for excellence.Communicate effectively with internal and external partners, encouraging transparency and cooperation.Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure flawless execution of Peak Events and updates to leadership.Minimum QualificationsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities, adept at leveraging data and tools to drive informed decisions.Outstanding communication skills, capable of building and nurturing positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.Hard-working and results-oriented, demonstrating high initiative and a strong sense of accountability.Skilled in presenting complex analytics to executive audiences, making data-driven insights accessible and actionable.Preferred QualificationsExcellent interpersonal communication skills, demonstrating experience of influencing key partners.Proven track record to collaborate cross-functionally and 'stitch' individual viewpoints together to achieve success.Strong business acumen with ability to think strategically and see the bigger picture.Innovative, with a proven ability of focussed problem solving and a genuine eagerness to learn.Highly proficient in MS Excel.Cultivate positive relationships and foster trust and confidence from others.Significant years of experience in supply chain OR in an analytical role in FMCG or equivalent industry.Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Maths, Economics, Data Science & Analytics, or a related field is preferred. However, proven experience in a similar role is also highly valued.
