Key Responsibilities: Liaising with process owners to understand current operationsEnsuring completeness of current finance process documentationFacilitating process workflow modelling for process improvements and automationHighlighting areas for improvement and identifying weaknesses and risksLiaising with key management on identified inconsistencies and weaknessesWorking on ad hoc projects as requiredKey Skills and Requirements: Qualification: Qualified ACA / ACCA accountantExperience: 5+ years post qualification experience (preferred but not essential)Project Management: Strong organisation and time management skills; experienced in leading change managementCommunication Skills: Excellent relationship management and communication abilitiesDocumentation Skills: Strong documentation skills with the ability to analyse business process and conduct compliance reviewsAttention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail, analytical and reconciliation skillsTeamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team and independentlyFull-time, permanent & hybrid working role. Salary €80k-€85k plus bonus & excellent benefits package.
