ResponsibilitiesManage regionally based vendor operations for Technical Operations, as it relates to project management to integrate new physical security assets into Google's enterprise security applications, manage asset lifecycle, and provide 24/7 customer and technical support.Build relationships with key partners and stakeholders to ensure/validate vendor team is maintaining quality customer support.Scope, plan and manage datadrivenprojects in collaboration with Global Security and Resilience Services (GSRS) stakeholders.Work closely with teams within GSRS to understand their operational business needs, as well as addressing any concerns.Conduct system audits and communicate findings/recommendations to a diverse set of stakeholders, leveraging data to tell a clear story.Google is proud to be an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
