Our Business Readiness Manager is responsible for ensuring the SSE Airtricity (SSEA) business is prepared for any changes that may affect its operations, processes and people, as a result of the Keystone Programmes implementation.
You will work with various stakeholders to assess the impact of change, develop and implement readiness plans, and monitor and evaluate the outcomes.
This is a senior role within our Keystone programme, which is recognised as critical for the SSEA business in terms of modernising our core systems platform, delivering transformational benefits, and creating a sustainable business empowered by digital capability for future operations.
In this role you will:  - Establish and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, sponsors, and champions, and act as a liaison between the project team and the business units.
