You will be responsible for overseeing Strategic Business function projects and service model delivery while supporting the business function in areas such as Insurance, Mobility, and Innovation.
You will solve key problems, optimizing resource use, and driving strategic support across partnerships and supply. You will act as central support for Partnerships and Supply in strategy development and delivery.
Reporting to: Head of Business Strategy & Operations
Lead the development and delivery of key strategic priorities in conjunction with the Director of Business Strategy and Operations and CBO, ensuring alignment with the broader company strategy and the 4-year plan.Assist in the formulation and lead on the implementation of a robust Business function strategy focused on generating value and delivering enhanced returns for CarTrawler, as well as our Partners and Suppliers.Support the implementation of a refined service model, focusing on establishing and nurturing relationships with existing, more profitable, and strategically aligned Partners and Suppliers.Implement, support, and continuously monitor the new service model across Partnerships, Supply, and Mobility, ensuring it enhances operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.Oversee an advanced analytics approach with a focus on supporting Partnerships and Supply, including overseeing rebate reporting, planning, and other critical analytics functions whilst monitoring performance through key performance metrics, using insights to drive strategic adjustments and improve outcomes.Support and foster the implementation of innovative technologies and processes that support the company's growth and ambition by playing a key role in fostering a culture of transformation and innovation within the company, including the exploration of GenAI solutions to enhance efficiency and support suppliers, partners, and internal teams.Knowledge and Experience:3-5 years' experience with a proven track record in a similar role including experience in driving business strategy and critical thinking.Skilled in leading on strategic and commercial opportunities, with a keen ability to understand insights, create plans, and drive commercial outcomes.Strong analytical skills and ability to decipher insights from data.Demonstrated ability to deliver in a fast-paced, unpredictable environment, with strong skills in prioritizing and planning.Excellent communicator with the ability to articulate plans clearly across all levels of the organization.Proficient in negotiation and influencing outcomes to align with business objectives.Outstanding relationship-building skills, with a proven ability to foster collaboration across departments and with external partners, ensuring alignment and mutual success.Effective decision-maker with strong critical thinking skills, capable of making decisions in ambiguity and assessing their implications.
