Buying Administrator My client a thriving Irish retailer is seeking a Buying Administrator to join their team in North Dublin.
Reporting directly to a Senior Buyer, your role will involve providing administrative support for the buying team.

Package Pension Free Car Parking Subsidised Gym Membership Subsidised Canteen Responsibilities of this Buying Administrator include: Supporting the team in on boarding new suppliers and establishing new product lines.
Assisting the team in setting up new suppliers & products Maintaining existing product records, and price files & assisting in setting up promotions.
Dealing with suppliers to ensure purchase orders are processed correctly & promptly.
Liaising closely with other internal departments (Stores, Finance, eCommerce, Marketing and Warehouse) Coordinating with suppliers to ensure accurate and timely processing of purchase orders.
Requirements for this Buying Administrator include: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Advanced skills in Excel Excellent attention to detail Proactive team player with strong communication abilities Ability to work independently and take initiative Experience in the retail sector is advantageous, but not mandatory Aoife Clarke is handling the recruitment for this role in complete confidentiality.
