Cad/Bim Technician (Civil/Structural Engineering)

Are you a talented CAD/BIM Technician looking for an exciting opportunity?
Our client's dynamic team, a leading civil and structural engineering consultancy, is searching for a dedicated and passionate professional!
  Responsibilities: Producing general arrangement drawings for both civil and structural infrastructure using CAD software.
Modeling civil and structural engineering infrastructure using Autodesk Revit.
Developing sections and details from basic general arrangement layouts.
Checking and reviewing all project-related drawings before issuing.
Attending site inspections and building appraisals with senior technicians and engineers.
Liaising with design teams and building contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
Implementing quality procedures across projects to maintain high standards.
Requirements: A higher certificate (NFQ Level 6) in Civil Engineering or a related field.
A working knowledge of AutoCAD, proficiency in Revit is advantageous but not essential.
Minimum of 2 years post-graduate experience in a design office.
Thorough understanding of construction materials and methodologies.
Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
Ability to work efficiently both as part of a team and independently.
Capacity to manage multiple priorities simultaneously with a strong commitment to success.
Proven commitment to continuing professional development (CPD).
Experience in producing reinforcement drawings and details using CADS RC is advantageous, but training can be provided.
Competitive salary dependent on experience.
