What you will do Our Manufacturing team is looking for a CAD Technician to join our office in Park West, Dublin 12.
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating detailed 3D models and drawings using CAD software (Inventor & AutoCAD).
You will be collaborating with experienced Engineers across a multi-disciplinary team to ensure that designs are accurately translated into technical drawings.
How you will do it Create high-quality, detailed 3D models and drawings based on designs supplied by the Engineering team.
Modify existing drawings as required.
Ensure drawings comply with SAE standards and protocols.
Calculate costs and apply knowledge of materials and engineering principles to create bills of materials (BOMs).
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
What we look for Proficiency in CAD software (preferably Inventor & AutoCAD).
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Attention to detail and accuracy in drafting.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Effective communication and collaboration with team members and clients.
Knowledge of HVAC Data Centre industry is desirable.
Time management and ability to meet project deadlines.
Adaptability to changing project requirements and priorities.
Continuous learning and staying up to date with new technologies and trends in the field.
Qualifications (desirable): Qualification to level 6 Mechanical / Manufacturing in Engineering or have a drawing software qualification.
Proven work experience as a CAD Technician or in a similar role #LI-Onsite #LI-MO1
