Call Centre Representative

My client, based in Castletroy, Co Limerick, is looking for a Call Centre Representative to join their team on a temporary basis to cover a busy period.
This is a 3.5 week contract starting as soon as possible running until 4th October.
Possibility of extension.
Candidates must be available to work for the full duration of the contract.

Hours of work: Monday - Friday; 9am - 5pm Responsibilities: - Answering calls - Sending emails - Accurately transcribing information - Setting up appointments - Responding to queries The ideal candidate will have: - Attention to Detail - Good Listening Skills - Customer Service Experience - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in using basic computer applications and navigating software systems.
