Dice Associates is currently seeking for a motivated entry-level Call Handler.
The successful candidate will primarily be responsible for handling and directing all incoming calls.

Job Responsibilities: • Operating switchboards and telephones; answering or redirecting calls, taking messages.
• Identifying customer needs and directing calls to appropriate teams.
• Maintaining a high level of professionalism with customers and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller.
• Taking thorough notes and accurately inputting information into the company database.
• Keeping team members updated on important calls or messages.
Desired Qualifications: • Exceptional customer service skills and professional phone manner.
• Effective communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in basic computer software and can quickly learn new programs.
Nice-to-Haves: • Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus.
• Ability to speak another language besides English is advantageous.
• Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
