Job Specification: JLL is currently in search of a Campus Manager to join our property management department. We are the largest and longest established Commercial Property Management business operating in the Irish commercial property market. Our client list includes many of the most established Irish and International commercial investors. We are continually investing in our Property Management business both in terms of systems and people and have an exciting role for an ambitious person to join our team immediately. This role specifically entails assisting in the management of a Campus within our property management portfolio.
The ideal candidate for this role will be a building manager or facilities manager with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a commercial property management environment.
Key Responsibilities - Campus: Effectively manage the campus within the agreed budget. Coordinate planned and reactive works by engaging contractors through our purchase order system. Review completed works and approve invoices via our Yardi Property Management System. Collaborate with senior team members to prepare annual budgets. Work with senior team members to review expenditure on a quarterly and annual basis. Regularly communicate with tenants regarding general operations within the campus. Evaluate, negotiate, and disclose works to contractors for service contracts related to the campus. Prepare comprehensive reports on property conditions for clients and senior team members. Manage planned preventative maintenance programs and maintain asset registers. Implement and oversee Health and Safety and Insurance requirements. Communicate with insurance brokers to address any inquiries that may arise. Conduct regular on-site visits and thoroughly document property inspections. Implement and manage Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives. Upload key data for managed properties to a selected ESG platform. Key Responsibilities - Buildings: Conduct weekly internal meetings with on-site staff. Train Building Managers on site to assist in day-to-day operations, including but not limited to Purchase Order preparation, invoice approvals, and budget preparations and analysis. Supervise and support the on-site team in evaluating, negotiating, and disclosing works to contractors for service contracts within the buildings. Supervise and support the team in preparing detailed reports on property conditions for clients and senior team members. Oversee and support the team in managing planned preventative maintenance programs and maintaining asset registers. Oversee and support the team in implementing and managing Health and Safety and Insurance requirements. Regularly provide progress updates on staff training at the site. Person Specification: A Property or Facility Management qualification is a requirement. Technical knowledge and/or experience in Facilities Management is essential. Possess effective communication skills and demonstrate strong interpersonal abilities. Display a can-do attitude and function well as a team player. Exhibit excellent IT and Organisational Skills. Demonstrate initiative and the ability to achieve targets and meet deadlines. Show proficiency in managing tasks and handling multiple regular deadlines. Location: On-site – Dublin, IRL
