Contract type: Maternity contract
Location: Dublin 2, as part of our hybrid working model.
As a Campus Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in developing and managing our early talent pipeline. You will be responsible for recruiting and onboarding interns, work placements and graduates, planning and executing engaging recruitment events, and promoting our brand to attract top talent. In this role, you will collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
A snapshot of your peer group: Your peer group typically have a 2.1 honours degree in Business, HR, or a similar discipline.4 years'+ recruiter experience prior to joining us.Excellent people skills – we love talking to students about our various graduate and student programmes.Everyone is a team player. We support each other and will provide full training to our newest recruit to ensure that they feel part of our team.Evidence of flexibility within current/previous roles.Evidence of working with high volumes in a fast-paced environment.Here is what you can initially expect: Involved in the end-to-end graduate and student recruitment process for Republic of Ireland and Belfast, ensuring an impeccable candidate experience.Develop and implement strategies to attract and engage top talent.Conduct screening, interview scheduling, interviewing and manage contracts and offers/acceptances to ensure the best candidate experience.Manage and support the coordination of campus recruitment events and recruitment fairs ensuring they reflect the firm's brand and values.Represent KPMG at graduate recruitment careers fairs, talks and other events during the year across the Republic of Ireland and Belfast.Oversee the delivery of recruitment projects, collaborating across teams to ensure deadlines are met and project goals align with business needs.Develop and execute strategies to promote our employer brand through engaging marketing and social media initiatives targeted at early careers talent.Ensure a seamless onboarding process experience for new hires, working with HR and IT to support their integration into the business.Manage, mentor, and support junior members of the recruitment team.Build strong and impactful relationships with Business leaders/hiring managers, providing insights on recruitment trends and reporting to hiring managers.Manage relationships & partnerships with various colleges.Ability to seamlessly switch between responsibilities and contribute to various initiatives on the team.Any other duties and projects that arise within the college recruitment remit.Key Qualifications: A minimum of 4 years of experience in student recruitment or talent acquisition.Strong experience in event planning, project management, and delivering successful recruitment campaigns.Demonstrated experience in branding, promotion, and leveraging social media platforms for talent attraction.Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Excellent people management and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire and guide junior team members.Exceptional relationship-building abilities, with both internal and external stakeholders.Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and is comfortable wearing multiple hats to meet the needs of the business.Inclusion & Diversity Inclusion, diversity, and equity are part of who we are at KPMG.
