Job Title: Canteen Cleaner Permanent, 26 hours Location: Monaghan Resource Centre, Tirkeenan, Monaghan About the Role: The principal duties of the cleaner is to have responsibility for all aspects of hygiene maintenance and good housekeeping within the services and canteens within the Rehab Resource Centre in Monaghan in accordance with all elements of Health, Safety and Hygiene regulations and legislation.

Your Responsibilities: To maintain the highest standards of safety, hygiene and good housekeeping within the services/canteen, in accordance with all elements of Health, Safety and Hygiene regulations and legislation.
Emptying waste bins and transporting waste to designated areas.
Cleaning, stocking and supplying within the centre / canteen (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and cleaning etc., all surfaces in order to keep buildings /canteen in clean and orderly condition.
Use electrical powered machines, hoovers polishers, boiler, etc as required.
Performing and documenting routine inspection and maintenance activities.
Reporting when supplies / cleaning supplies are running low and assist with ordering of replacements.
Reporting of any occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs / maintenance.
Additional Requirements: Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies Knowledge of health & Safety Ability to work with others If applicable, candidates will need to provide a police certificate for any country they've lived in before moving to Ireland Please note a panel may be formed as a result of this campaign.
