We are now seeking a dynamic Business Development Consultant to join our team and spearhead growth by securing new business opportunities.
Role Overview: As a Business Development Consultant, you will play a critical role in expanding s client base and revenue streams.
Leveraging your expertise in business development, market research, and relationship building, you will identify potential clients, pitch tailored solutions, and close deals that align with our sustainability goals.
This role demands a proactive, results-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced and purpose-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities: New Business Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target markets, including corporate, governmental, and non-profit sectors.
Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, acting as a trusted advisor for their environmental service needs.
Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and achieving quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Networking: Represent at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and create new business leads.
Qualifications & Experience: Proven track record in business development, sales, or consultancy roles Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with the ability to present confidently to diverse audiences.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and multiple stakeholders.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Key Competencies: Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and solving problems.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
