The Capacity leader is responsible for delivering real-time (intra-day) management with the purpose of optimizing resources to achieve business objectives. Key functional responsibility includes the ability to demonstrate a strong understanding of how planning/forecasting staffing requirements translate to the creation of optimal schedules and real-time (intra-day) management to support multi-site operations.
The team is seeking high-caliber analytics professionals with a specific focus on data management, data investigation, predictive modeling, and data visualization. This leader is responsible for all operational analysis and reporting activities. Key functional responsibility includes work with both finance and business leaders to ensure timely and accurate forecasting and data driven insight on business performance. This role will have significant exposure to Management and are expected to become a trusted thought partner.

Primary Responsibilities: Recommend optimal business strategies based on historical performance, predictive analytics and scenario based analysis. Develop strong partnerships across the business to deliver complex messages and insights. Perform continual analysis of current performance (noting recent historical trends) and conduct real-time re-forecasting to make necessary adjustments in staffing plans and coordinate with Operations teams to achieve service level goals / business objectives for a multi-site operation. Maintain constant communication with Operations teams to coordinate needed staffing adjustments based on current and forecasted results. Compare results to forecast and identify opportunities for improvement. Produce analysis and visualizations through cutting edge technologies such as PowerBI and Tableau. Generate innovative ideas and solutions that improve productivity, insights and our ability to efficiently deliver. This role requires pro-active engagement in decision making, self-directed approach to work and the ability to drive delivery through a dispersed, matrixed team. Required qualifications: High School Diploma/GED (or higher). Extensive reporting experience including knowledge of process and data usage. Knowledge of standard metrics and key performance indicators. Strong technical experience in the Microsoft suite (Excel, PowerPoint), dashboarding tools (Tableau, PowerBI) and SQL. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree (or higher). Possible certification in Data analytics and Data visualization. Have proven extensive relevant experience in understanding data analysis and reporting. Ability to work well in a high performing team environment. Able to work independently in a virtual environment. Strong relationship and communication skills. Superior organization skills and ability to multi-task.
