The Role
An exciting new opening has arisen for a Car Park Supervisor at the Liffey Valley Shopping Centre. We are looking for a friendly and organised person to help with the smooth running of one of our busiest car parks. With responsibility for the procurement and maintenance of supplies and equipment including parking terminals, you'll also use your supervisory skills to oversee the work of the Car Park Team.
Can you deliver excellent customer experiences by role modelling best practice and supporting team members to deliver high levels of service? Your day to day duties will include: Managing the activity of the car park attendants and Control Room staff while motivating and leading the team. Collaborating with Management to deliver best practice and uniform service to Customers. Driving corrective action where service levels are not being met. Monitoring KPI targets across all operations and maintaining standards of performance for all operational activities. Ensuring ongoing informal feedback is gathered from customers. Ultimately being responsible for your team, including recruitment, retention, training, performance evaluation, and continued development. Is this role for me?

There are some specific skills and experience we are looking for from suitable candidates:
A passion for delivering great customer service and leading by example. A strong sales focus with experience in a similar role. Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative as part of a team. Experience working within the Car Park Industry would be extremely beneficial but not essential. So, could you be our next Supervisor? If you have 2+ years' experience in a senior role in customer service or a supervisory position and enjoy dealing with new and existing customers, then we would love to hear from you.
